To further enhance the learning opportunities for students beyond the content areas, art, music, physical education, technology, and media skills are incorporated into the weekly schedule.

TECHNOLOGY. Each elementary school has a range of technology hardware available to support with integration of technology into the learning experience. Macbooks, iPads, and Chromebooks are utilized across the content areas to engage and develop students technology and academic stills.

LIFE SKILLS. In addition to academic experiences, your child will learn about personal life skills through our Well-Managed Schools social skills curriculum.  This program supports students in learning a variety of skills such as how to ask for help, how to apologize, and how to share with others. School Counselors, School Social Workers, and School Psychologists are available at each building to support the needs of students as they grow and develop these skills.

Your child may eat breakfast and lunch at school.  Our school breakfast program offers  'Grab and Go Breakfast,' which means that the children pick up their breakfast and go to their classroom to eat it.  Lunch is served cafeteria-style and children may select from a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables to go with a main entree.  For more information on this, please visit the handbook section of the parent resources online.
